Art Rickshaw at the Asia House Art Fair (16-19 March)

Art Rickshaw presents ‘Traditional Art and Embroidery’, an exhibition that will take place during the Asia House Fair that runs from 16th to 19th March 2017 at Asia House, 63 New Cavendish Street, London.

Art Rickshaw recently announced its appointment as the Authorised UK representative for XQ Vietnam, one of Vietnam’s foremost silk embroidery houses. A selection of XQ’s exquisite embroideries will be shown at the Asia House Fair. Art Rickshaw presents a Christmas Special Silk Embroidery Art Exhibition (2-30/Nov)

Art Rickshaw presents a Christmas Special Silk Embroidery Art Exhibition & Sale from 2nd to 30th of November at Arts Depot, in Finchley, North London. A rare chance to see a stunning and exquisite collection of hand stitched silk art from Asia. From warm shimmering tones to softer cooler hues in blues and lilacs, skillfully embroidered by hand demonstrating meticulous needlework and exemplary craftsmanship, these one off art pieces are a visual delight. A selection of traditional hand painted Mathubani paintings from India and Tibetan Mandalas will also be on show. The exhibition aims to encourage, promote and celebrate traditional art techniques.

All artworks (one of which is shown here courtesy of Art Rickshaw) are one off pieces, individually hand crafted by highly skilled artisans and available for sale, making very special and unique Christmas gifts.
