Fiumano Projects presents Shibui a solo exhibition by Takefumi Hori where he explores “Scratching the Surface in Search of the Sublime” from 16th May until 31st  May.

Takefumi Hori is a young Japanese artist currently based in New York. Working from a studio in Brooklyn he finds himself surrounded by the hustle and bustle of everyday urban life. The dynamism and vibrancy of New York City are part of the inspiration for his paintings, the atmosphere and energy alongside the material wealth and prosperity of this financial hub are juxtaposed with the calm serenity of classically uncomplicated geometry and composition. Contact Fiumano Projects for more information.
