ANISOTROPY: Form, Light, and Contemporary Abstraction has been extended to May 3 2026, at DECORAZONgallery NYC, 250 E Houston, NYC, 10002, co-owned by AWAD member MK Semos. AWAD’s NY/Tri-State Chapter looks forward to visiting the exhibition together this eve!
This group exhibition features works by David E. Peterson, Kal Mansur, and Hugo Garcia Urrutia. Rooted in the languages of architecture and design, ANISOTROPY explores how form, color, and light behave differently across surface and space. Through luminous planes, constructed geometry, and sculptural materials, the exhibition presents contemporary abstraction as a refined spatial experience – where material and optics shape perception.
