The Cynthia Corbett Gallery is proud to present a landmark solo exhibition by acclaimed artist Andy Burgess, lauded by Tatler’s Annabel Sampson as “the next David Hockney.” Modernism Revisited celebrates two decades of Burgess’s bold, visionary approach to architectural painting. Known for his vivid reinterpretations of modernist masterpieces and vibrant collages crafted from vintage ephemera, Burgess brings a striking fusion of colour, geometry, and nostalgia to the fore. This show offers a rare opportunity to experience the full range of his work — from iconic buildings reimagined through a dreamlike lens, to dazzling cityscapes and poetic cut-paper constructions — all honouring the radical beauty of 20th-century design.
The work will be on show 23 June – 2 July 2025, 11 am – 6 pm daily at 67 York Street Gallery, London W1H 1QB.
